Mirror Palais accepts returns for store credit or exchange on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all vintage, sale items, and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for processing.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our atelier inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card for the full value of your purchase will be issued to your email.
